At the start of each new project, we’ll send you a questionnaire. Each project has a different set of questions, depending on the service you need, however what we’re after is a good overview of you, your business and how it works. We’ll back up this questionnaire with a conversation with you (via Skype or phone) to get a deeper understanding. Once we have this information, we can start your project.
We ask a series of standard questions (via our briefing questionnaires) and then have a conversation with you to give us a more in-depth understanding of your business and needs (through conversations with you on Skype or on the phone). Then we post our structured recommendations on a secure part of our website for you to review and comment on. We take your feedback and further develop your project, to a point where we can complete the project for you.

We keep our costs low through ‘electronic face-to-face’ conferencing, which also cuts down on travel time for you and your consultant.
However, if you would prefer to meet in person, we charge an hourly/daily rate for consultation. If travel costs are involved, we will fly with the cheapest airline available – we won’t use your cash to score frequent flyer miles.

Once you have found the service(s) you are looking for, you click on Start New Project on the home page. This will take you to a registration form, which after completion, will guide you through a step-by-step process to start your project.
Your consultant is allocated to you based on their skills and experience relevant to your specific needs.

Once you have registered for a service you will be contacted by Skype or phone and asked to complete a questionnaire. You will then have another discussion via Skype or phone with your consultant who will complete the project on a secure website, which you will be given access to, so you can make comments and provide your feedback.

Each of our services is charged in three installments.
After selecting the service you are interested in, one of our consultants calls or Skypes you to discuss your needs. Once we are clear that this is the right service for you, we’ll ask you to pay a deposit to start the project off. We accept all major credit cards or you can pay by direct debit to our Australian bank account.
You then receive a questionnaire, which asks more detailed questions about your business, your market and your product or service. You post your responses on our secure website, and your consultant completes the first phase of your project. Once you have reviewed this and have made comments, you will be asked to pay the second installment.
The consultant then completes stage 2 of your project and you are sent this for review and comment. Your third and final installment is then due, and the consultant makes final amendments to your project.
